A referral is considered successful when you introduce Vitay to a decision-maker using the referral form. Decision-makers include individuals with managerial, C-suite, leadership, or board member titles. You can refer your own company, provided you’re not a decision-maker yourself and can demonstrate the need for approval. Referrals must be for new business opportunities.

New business refers to companies that are becoming Vitay customers for the first time. Companies that were previously Vitay customers and are returning are not eligible for the referral program.

You’ll receive an email notification when you submit your referral, and we’ll keep you updated with additional emails as your referral’s status changes.

You’ll be sent a Visa gift card via email.

The referral bonus is based on the size of the annual contract purchased by the referred client. Companies with higher hiring volumes typically opt for larger contracts, which means a higher referral bonus for you.

Your referral may be denied if the referred company chose not to join Vitay, was already a current or former Vitay customer, or was previously referred by someone else. Note that only one referral is accepted per company, and the credit will go to the first person whose referral progresses to a deal.

Referral bonuses are issued once the referred company has paid their contract. If the payment is made in installments, the bonus will be split and paid accordingly with each installment. If you believe you should have received your bonus but haven’t, please contact us at sales@vitay.io.
